Palm Reading, reading the mounds
In my last article about Palm Reading, I talked about the Palm
Chakra and how the energy from the palm chakra can emphasise the lines
and energy ribbons in the hand. In this article I’ll talk about the
smaller lines and energy ribbons that make palm reading fascinating
and as diverse as each individual I read for.
A lot of the time, when I start to read the palm, I look at the mound
of Venus by the thumb. I look at the whole thumb and see what energy
is coming from there. Most of what goes on in a persons life happens
in the thumb, and I look to see what relationships they have had
within their own biological family, the marriage they have now, and
any other relationships they may have in the future. I also take a
look at the swirls which produce the energy on the thumb on the pad at
the top.
Sometimes when there is trouble on the domestic front, the energy
ribbons go all the ways that God gives. At times, if there is a
disruption, the energy goes up the thumb towards the marriage line. If
there is no disruption the energy ribbon will go towards the mound of
the thumb (Venus) and translate into an influence line which goes up
the palm towards the fingers. But, by the same token, they can also
translate into disruption lines that cross the lifeline and can
translate as crisis lines.
Pure influence lines start at the base of the thumb by the mound of
Venus, and angle straight up towards the fingers, usually the
forefinger which is the finger of good luck. The mound of Jupiter is
the pad at the base of the forefinger usually has a lot of information
on it regarding luck and fortune and karma, plus information on our
hearts desire and our calling or vocation in life. Sometimes the
influence lines disappear over time to be replaced by an energy ribbon
which is far more powerful than the line, as the line can act as a
conduit of energy, but if the energy line is there after the line
disappears, then it has far more influence on our lives than first
thought.
Next is the mound of the moon. The moon governs our emotions and a lot
of intuitive or sensitive and psychic type people have lines that come
out of this area of the palm. The lines of communication, fate lines
and the psychic lines are most often seen coming from the mound of the
moon. The line of communication can come from any area at the base of
the hand. The two main areas are the mound of the moon, which means
communication is intuitive, or having the line come from the life line
or the mound of Venus, means it’s part of an individuals job.
Next we go to the Plain of Mars. This is where aggression resides.
From the thumb if there is influence into this part of the palm, then
we know that there is aggression within a domestic relationship.
Sometimes energy ribbons are so powerfully influenced in this part of
the hand, that the energy becomes trapped and can lead to warts, dry
skin, redness, or chaffed skin. To activate the movement and dispel
the negative energy, the palm chakra needs to be activated.
Individuals may also have a problem with anger or aggression and might
need to seek professional psychological assistance.
Going beyond the plain of Mars, are the bases of the fingers, these
are starting with the little finger and corresponds to both hands, are
the mount of Mercury. Mercury is about communication and this finger
has a lot of information about who we are as individuals when we
communicate to the world and within our relationships as well as with
ourselves. The mount of Venus is at the base of the ring finger and
this tells a lot about the individuals relationship with themselves,
their loved ones and others they come into contact with. Then the
mount of Saturn is at the base of the middle finger and says a lot
about work, how hard an individual works, sticks to a plan of action
or if they will be working alone or with someone else, ie. In business
with someone else. The mount of Jupiter is at the base of the
forefinger. Appropriate enough, seeing as we always use the forefinger
to point, the base tells us what our karma is, how much luck is
involved in our lives and about soul mates and marriage.
When we press our hands onto a cold glass or window we impress our
energy onto the solid surface and at times we transfer an energy which
stays long after we have lifted our hands off the solid surface. This
says a lot about the energy of the mounds and mounts, and at times,
the tips of the fingers are the last to go. When transferring energy
to people, we use the tips of our fingers the most. This is where the
palm chakra energy comes out, and where a lot of healing energy comes
out. In my next article I’ll go into detail on the tips of the fingers
and how they correspond with the transfer of energy, not only by the
size but by the swirls and lines that cut across the fingers.
