Palm Reading - the life line
Palms as we all know have a given set of lines. Palm readers take
this to being the heart line running under the fingers from the
forefinger to the mount of mercury. Then comes the headline. This runs
from the mount of mars at the base of the mount of Jupiter to the
other side of the palm and depending on the individual, straight
across the palm or heads into a downward slope towards the mound of
Venus. Then there’s the fate line which runs from the base of the palm
and activated by the palm chakra to wards the ring finger. Then the
Success line runs from the base of the palm and is activated by the
palm chakra as well. It also runs in most people straight up to the
middle finger to the mount of Saturn. The Lifeline, is one of the most
significant lines in the palm. It tells a palm reader of who the
person is, their triumphs, sorrows, successes and other life changing
experiences. The lifeline runs from the base of the thumb in the mount
of Mars to, in most cases, the edge of the mound of Venus at the base
of the palm.
The lifeline is a line that expands the whole of our life. It covers
our child hood from the mount of Mars at the base of the thumb under
the mount of Jupiter and spans in an arc towards the centre of the
palm and then angles down to the mound of Venus. I generally look at a
clients hands, I look at the energy ribbons first. What comes from the
thumb and activates from the thumb towards the lifeline. It’s like
being an investigator. I have to dig for clues, and that’s where my
intuitive and psychic sense comes in. But, when I don’t have to dig
for clues in the actual lifeline look. Some lifelines are connected
with the headline at the beginning of their cycle. Some are not
connected. I have often associated the connection of the lifeline and
the headline to be a cause for caution, because the darker the line
becomes at this stage with the more lines that taper off it, the more
inclined the client I am reading for had a troubled child-hood. There
are some clients I’ve read for who’ve had connected head and lifelines
and have had a close relationship with their families. It’s been a
loving and caring relationship with no indication of trouble.
Some lifelines are independent of the headline denoting an
independence of communication as well as emotionality from the family
life at an early age. Although it is just their personality, it
doesn’t say that they’re cold or unfeeling, they had other things to
do rather than be with their family. Perhaps a sport or child hood
career, this can be looked for under the mount of Jupiter and
confirmed with the energy ribbons that may or may not be deflected in
that direction. If the energy ribbons from the thumb run through the
head and lifeline connection, then the independence was a choice of
sorts on the part of the child as much as it was on the adults part.
But, if the energy ribbon cuts through the head and lifelines and goes
straight through to the mount of Jupiter and into the forefinger, then
the independence or choices made by the child into adult hood have
been turned into a successful career. Sometimes the energy ribbon has
been so strong that a line has been made and when this happens the
palm reader, can be assured that the person they are reading for, is
definitely going to make a success of what they turn their hand to.
As the lifeline angles down towards the centre of the palm, a palm
reader can see that the line is divided into three parts, childhood to
the twenties. Thirties to the forties. This is where a lot of the
successful activity is conducted in a persons life, then from the
fifties onwards to retirement and beyond. When I look at a clients
hands, I will mention in passing some relevant information, and into
their twenties. Most of my clients are in their fifties and needing to
know what is going to happen to them when they retire. If I get a
younger client, say someone in their late teens or early twenties, I
will try to concentrate on the age they are at right now. Then talk
about their immediate future.
Sometimes when I’ve read for clients, I’ve seen their future in a
second, but have only seen a certain amount, and the rest is like a
white sheet. This means they are not going to make it beyond that age.
But, things change, and sometimes when having had a reading, the
client has the ability to change the outcome of a course of action.
But, again, as with all predictions, it is a matter of choice and
ability.
There are some predictors such as interference lines. These are lines
which come from the base of the thumb by the family ring. They can
angle in all directions, and sometimes are the cause of much distress
in a persons life. Usually from family, but if the lines aren’t joined
to the family ring, on the thumb, then they are of the clients making
or of outside influences. This is where investigative work comes in
and the reader would have to see where the negative energy is coming
from. It could be work, social or from their own children if they are
old enough. Sometimes these influence lines stop at a certain age, or
they continue down the lifeline in a fan like manner.
Squares, triangles and stars on the lifeline are just as important.
Squares on the lifeline are about outside influences protecting the
client in some way. Someone saying don’t do something, or helping them
to achieve a goal and make a success of themselves. Triangles are more
or less the same, but protection from within the family by another
family member or if it is accompanied by a square, then it is perhaps
a turning point in the clients life at that time, being made aware of
it can help the positive influences. A triangle anywhere on the palm
is good, a square on the palm denotes protection, but a star can be
good or bad depending on what the influences are. On the lifeline, a
star can mean a forced change of direction due to circumstances. This
in some ways can be a positive thing if there is a triangle or square
near by or on the spot where the star is. If not, take care–danger is
near.
Lines that come up from the lifeline are also influence lines. They
can appear at anytime during a persons lifetime, and may appear as
suddenly as they disappear. This can mean that a person has had an
individual influence their lives, through work or socially. Many times
this means that it’s a positive influence.
What if the lifeline ends abruptly in the middle? It just means that a
persons life may not be as long as they expect it to be, but it’s not
the length of life it is the quality of life. If the lifeline curves
through to the bottom of the base of the thumb, by the mound of Venus,
then they are going to have a long life. The deeper the groove the
more the client will feel that life, be it because of sensitivity or
because of other influences. If the lifeline is chopped and chipped
with lines going all and every which way, it can mean the client is
pulled in lots of different directions but not the one they want or
choose. This can be destructive to a persons way of life and leave
little or no time for themselves. Someone caring for an elderly
relative or a disabled individual at home may have these lifelines,
otherwise it may be because of a marriage that has gone wrong and the
demands are more than the client can meet.
If there are chopped and chipped pieces to a place in a persons hand
usually around retirement, it means they are going to be influenced by
someone else’s death, that of a spouse or because of illness. If a
lifeline goes to the mound of the Moon, it just means that the
individual leads a charmed life and can find success in what ever
endeavour they choose to do. Usually people with this lifeline have a
clear lifeline from their childhood onwards and can be known for their
calm and responsible demeanour. Nothing really bothers them. A lot of
military people have this line as well as civil servants or those who
are fairly well off to start with.
Finally a lifeline is only a guide as to what can happen in a persons
life. It isn’t written in stone that what might be to come will. Every
person has a chance to change their lives, and armed with
foreknowledge is to be informed about choices that can be made.
